PRIAM by PowerData Solutions · Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what personal information PowerData Solutions Inc. (“PowerData,” “we,” “us”) collects through priamtiv.com, our contact form, our walkthrough booking page and our business outreach, and how we use it. We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email privacy@powerdatainc.com.

1. What this policy covers

  • The priamtiv.com website.
  • The contact form on priamtiv.com.
  • Our booking page for PRIAM walkthroughs (Microsoft Bookings).
  • Business emails and LinkedIn messages we send about PRIAM.

It doesn’t cover information our customers enter into the PRIAM application. That information is handled under each customer’s agreement with us.

2. What we collect

WhereWhat we collect
Contact formYour name, work email, company (optional) and your message.
Booking pageYour name, email, phone (optional), organization, role, number of employees, anything you choose to tell us about why you’re booking, and the time you book.
Business outreachProfessional contact details we find in public sources, such as your name, job title, organization and work email from your organization’s website, its public filings or LinkedIn. We also keep a record of our messages and any replies.
Website visitsBasic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. See section 5 on cookies.

Please don’t send us health information or information about your clients through the form, the booking page or email. We don’t need it to talk with you about PRIAM.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your message and schedule, hold and follow up on walkthroughs.
  • To contact people at organizations that may benefit from PRIAM, by email or LinkedIn. Every marketing email lets you opt out, and we honor opt-outs promptly.
  • To keep our sales records in order, so we know who we’ve talked to and what was agreed.
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse, and to understand in general terms how the site is used.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

ProviderWhat they do for us
Microsoft (Microsoft 365)Email, the booking page, Teams meetings and file storage
OdooOur customer relationship records
HostingerWebsite hosting and delivery of contact-form emails
Cloudflare (Turnstile)Spam protection on the contact form
Google (Analytics, through Site Kit)Website usage statistics
LinkedInMessages we exchange with you there, under LinkedIn’s own policy

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. If PowerData is ever merged or sold, this information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

5. Cookies

The website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: some that the site needs to work and to block spam, and analytics cookies that tell us how many people visit and which pages they read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the contact form may ask you to verify you’re not a robot.

6. How long we keep it

  • Contact-form and booking information: for as long as we’re in conversation with you or your organization, and up to 3 years afterwards for our business records.
  • Outreach contacts who never respond: deleted within 24 months.
  • If you opt out: we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we don’t contact you again.

7. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • stop sending you marketing messages.

Email privacy@powerdatainc.com, or reply “no thanks” to any of our emails. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, state law (such as the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act) may give you additional rights, and we’ll honor them.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, limit access to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

9. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and organizations. They aren’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make that clear on the website.
